Mr. Jack Zhang has over 18 years of experience. He has distinguished himself particularly in intellectual property matters and managing ITHA's Intellectual Property Department, advising local and international clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial disputes, commercial transactions, and intellectual property litigation. He has received numerous awards and certifications from the World Intellectual Property Organization and the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property, and has been ranked in the Legal 500 list.

Mr. Jack Zhang's recent projects:
- Mr. Jack Jiang managed the Intellectual Property Department at ITHA, leading the development and management of trademark, patent, and industrial design portfolios, and establishing internal controls to protect intangible assets.
- He is currently leading a legal team to register artificial intelligence technology patents for Zoox in the United States, covering filings related to autonomous driving systems, managing submission and examination procedures, and ensuring compliance with technical drafting requirements.
- He provided advisory services to Vizio for registering industrial designs for their latest smart TV models, including support for enforcing and defending rights before Asian courts in cases related to counterfeiting.
- He supported Anker in registering new trademarks across European, American, and Middle Eastern markets, preparing similarity and risk assessments, potential oppositions, and guiding the brand protection strategy across markets.
- He oversaw the drafting and preparation of industrial design registration applications for Belkin’s latest wireless charging devices in the United States and Canada, coordinating technical files, drawings, and procedural requirements until completion of filings and follow-up.
