Mr. Omar has received an appreciation certificate from the World Intellectual Property Organization and was nominated by the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property for his distinguished work in patent registration.

- Currently advising SASEL, a subsidiary of a multi-billion-dollar Turkish holding infrastructure and investment company in Saudi Arabia, and leading the legal team in negotiations to settle a dispute exceeding $100 million.
- Working currently and providing legal advice to a GWC-listed Qatari company and its subsidiary, drafting their bylaws, reviewing their corporate matters, and drafting a joint venture.
- Advised Alpha Pharma, a listed pharmaceutical company, on their dispute Vs. Novartis AG, a Swiss multinational pharmaceutical corporation, is facing a patent infringement.
- Drafting a joint venture agreement for RTB House (Holding Company) and advising its subsidiaries in various corporate matters in Saudi Arabia.
- Advise Saudi Holding Company and its subsidiaries in various corporate matters.
- Leading the legal team in drafting due diligence reports for several companies in connection with potential acquisitions and potential IPOs on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) in various industries.
