- Currently advising SASEL, a subsidiary of a multi-billion-dollar Turkish holding infrastructure and investment company in Saudi Arabia, and leading the legal team in negotiations to settle a dispute exceeding $100 million.
- Working currently and providing legal advice to GWC listed Qatari Company, and their subsidiary, drafting their bylaws, review their corporate matters, draft a joint venture.
- Advised Alpha Pharma, a listed pharmaceutical company on their dispute Vs. Novartis AG, a Swiss Multinational Pharmaceutical Corporation over a Patent infringement
- Drafting joint venture agreement for RTB House (Holding Company) and advise its subsidiaries in various corporate matters in Saudi Arabia
- Advise Saudi Holding Company and its subsidiaries in various corporate matters.
