    I Came Saudi Arabia 2024 February. I Came here By My Own Air Ticket ,medical .I was Promised I will Get My Air Ticket after I Reach Saudi Arabia.     I left Lebanon to escape the escalating war as my life is at risk. Interviewers are H R Director Bander Bakker and Director of Room Division Mr wael was visited 07/01/2023 for interview in shangri-la Colombo. During the interview we discussed and they are promised we are hiring for a hotel staff when arrived in Saudi Arabia Jeddah 03/04/2023 then we get to know they hired as a casual for Glorek company Jeddah staff even they didn’t tolled about during the interview. selected candidate from Sri Lanka are around 6 people. All are cheated by shangri-la Jeddah H R Director Mr Bander Bakker
    We got to know this information only after landing at the Saudi Arabia Jeddah Jeddah airport
    Next day we went Shangri-la Jeddah we meet H.R Mr Bander Bakker H.R Director he told us you all are going to work Shangri-la Jeddah hotel only you all are Shangri-la colleague because we don’t have a visa at the moment That’s why we take you are going to work under Glorek company after few months we will change you to Shangri-la hotel. That time we can’t do anything because we pay LKR 237000 N.P Manpower from Srilanka agency.     We have been worked for Al Qasham Car Service since 10th February 2023 in Al Thuqubah Seneiya. In this workshop, work seven Sri Lankan Nationalities and three Nepol Nationalities. Identification card and Medical card are not provided to all persons. Any person have not bank acounts. Can not to money transfer to mother cuntry. Previously we requsted above rights but our employer did say can not provide which facilities becouse not sufficient income here. What to do us that is not our fault. We have 8 month for finished to contract periode we want to know how to exit from here after contract without Identification card. And even our passport have been taken over by the employer.

    Also, when we ask for salary, the employer threatens us, saying that he will neither pay us nor let us go to Sri Lanka.

    Again when we request our right who will punish us, delay salary. Futher officer when come to check identification card who leave without inquary about that. Therefore we kindly requesting fix this solve as soon as possible.

  64. My employer – a private university in Riyadh, has a limit of 150,000 SR on the End-of-Service gratuity. I am a Lecturer, earning SR 21,250 monthly and have worked here since February 2006.
    According to the Qiwa contract calculator, I should receive about double this amount, but I am still told the limit is SR 150,000 – as stated in the original paper contract.
    I am resigning and need to leave at the end of August.

  83. Saudi Employer gave a hard copy with higher management signature informing me that contract will last 2 more years with a specific month and date. Employer stated in the hardcopy that work is extended for additional two more years.
    However, contract ended after a year and still owes us another more year according to the formal letter given.
    Problem is the employer did not really let us sign and/or gave us the legit contract with benefits, salary etc included.
    They just gave a hardcopy informing it will be extended for two years (with specific date and higher management signature).
    As a worker, what should be our rights regarding this matter?
    It is very unprofessional to give a formal letter informing the worker that company will be extended for two more years then after a year they said it is not renewed.

    I am ex-employee of Mobily Telecom – KSA, reaching out to seek your assistance in processing my end-of-service benefits.

    I resigned from Mobily Telecom in August 2023 due to a family emergency in Toronto, after which my resignation was accepted. I completed all necessary procedures, including the return of my laptop. After that both parties agreed on the end-of-service benefit amount; however, I am currently facing an issue as my bank account is inactive due to the expiration of my Saudi iqama in January 2024, which was seven months ago. Consequently, I requested Mobily to transfer my benefits amount to my Canadian bank account or to a friend’s account in Saudi Arabia.

    They have informed me that I need to provide an authority letter issued by Najiz to facilitate the transfer to an account other than the one they have on their record. Unfortunately, I am unable to obtain this authority letter because my iqama has expired, preventing me from issuing any such document. Therefore, i told them, i’am authorizing you through this email (which is already in your record) to process the benefit in my Canadian Account or my friend’s bank account in KSA.

    At this point, not only have they ceased responding to my emails, but they are also withholding my funds.

    I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and facilitating the release of my money.

He put false alligation on me that i broke one of computer in factory & sent back to me to my home country India in September 2024 with. Also there are so many free visa Bangladeshi labours also working there, they lived there in very bad condition in company villa.
    Before I came to Saudi Arabia I heard so many good things about Saudi but due to all this sinerio it convert my first experience to last.
    This is my humble request to concern authority to take action against such type of person who makes negitive image of saudi arabia internationally.
