The matter covered real estate, financial, and commercial aspects, preparation of legal pleadings and defenses, and follow up of judicial procedures before the competent authorities.
• Representation in the Al Salem real estate estate case within the Kingdom, with a value exceeding SAR 120,000,000, involving dispute resolution among heirs and drafting legal defenses related to the division of real estate assets.
• Representation in the division of the Al Mutairi estate, including real estate, financial assets, and other assets within the Kingdom, with a value exceeding SAR 131,000,000, including full legal representation before the competent courts and comprehensive management of the estate until completion.
• Representation in an amicable division of a real estate, financial, and shares estate for the heirs of Abu Obaid inside and outside the Kingdom, with a value exceeding SAR 38,000,000, including the preparation of settlement agreements and drafting of required legal documentation.
• Acting as an accredited lawyer within the Judicial Guardianship Council for Saleh Al Rajhi Company, and participating in the management of assets subject to judicial guardianship in accordance with approved legal frameworks.
• Representation and management of more than 30 major estate cases, with a combined estimated value exceeding SAR 6,000,000,000, involving real estate assets, commercial interests, and diversified financial investments.

Second: Real Estate Contributions and Disputes

• Carrying out extensive legal work in a real estate contribution case in Al Khobar, with a value of approximately SAR 659,000,000, including dispute management, drafting of legal defenses, and protection of investors’ rights.
• Representation in a real estate master plan dispute in East Riyadh, with an estimated value of approximately SAR 600,000,000, including management of the real estate dispute and follow up of related regulatory procedures.
• Handling and representing a major real estate case in the city of Buraidah, covering an area exceeding 4,000,000 square meters, with an estimated value of approximately SAR 1,000,000,000, involving ownership disputes, regulation, and real estate development matters.
• Representation in a real estate dispute between Prince Fahd Al Saud and a counterparty regarding a property valued at more than SAR 10,000,000, including full case management and drafting of the necessary legal pleadings.
• Representation in more than 40 major real estate cases, including ownership disputes, real estate partnerships, real estate contributions, master plans, and development projects across various regions of the Kingdom.

Third: Financial Claims and Monetary Disputes

• Participation in overturning a judgment in a financial claim case between Structon Civil and a local consultancy firm, with a value exceeding EUR 120,000,000, including preparation of legal defenses and drafting of appeal submissions.
• Representation in the Jazadco financial dispute, with a value exceeding SAR 25,000,000, including full representation before the competent judicial authorities.
• Representation in a financial claim exceeding SAR 36,000,000 on behalf of a businessman in Riyadh, including management of the case through advanced stages of litigation.
• Representation and management of more than 70 financial and monetary claims arising from commercial contracts, partnerships, and various investment arrangements.

Fourth: Commercial and International Arbitration

• Participation in commercial arbitration proceedings between Zain Telecommunications and a Chinese company, including contribution to the preparation of legal submissions and arbitration strategy.
• Participation in an international arbitration case between a Turkish company and a UAE based company, involving a cross border commercial and investment dispute.
• Serving as a member of an arbitral tribunal in a financial claim arising from a financing agreement, and issuing the arbitral award in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Serving as a member of an arbitral tribunal in a dispute related to long term lease agreements, including contract review, analysis of contractual obligations, and issuance of the arbitral award.
• Serving as a member of an arbitral tribunal in a major construction dispute involving complex financial and execution related claims.
• Acting as an arbitrator in a commercial dispute between local partners and investors with a value exceeding SAR 105,000,000, including management of arbitration hearings and issuance of the final award.
• Serving as a commercial arbitrator in more than 30 major arbitration cases involving commercial, investment, construction, and financing disputes.
